How soon can I start speaking to a coach?
After contacting us, we will reach out to you to schedule an in person video call, where we will establish a time schedule with you.
Our normal turn-around time is 3-4 days from the discovery stage of the call. We can provide urgent assistance as requested.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and online payments.
Am I able to change coaches if I feel it's not working?
Your satisfaction is very important to us, so at anytime, if you feel the coach is not meeting your needs, we can make a change at no cost to you.
Is there a contract?
No contract is required to use our services. You may cancel at anytime.
